We currently ship orders within the United States only (including the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii).
We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We also cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
If your address falls under these categories, please provide an alternative physical address at checkout.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.


3. Shipping Time

Our Standard Free Shipping option takes approximately 3–5 business days after processing.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and order weight.

If available, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order ships.


4. Shipping Costs

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

If you choose a paid shipping option in the future (e.g., expedited delivery), the cost displayed at checkout will include all handling, packaging, and insurance fees.
No additional hidden charges will be added after checkout.


5. Delivery Issues

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional shipping or restocking charges may apply in such cases.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Some high-value electronic items may require signature confirmation upon delivery for security reasons.
We do not ship lithium batteries or hazardous materials where restricted by carrier regulations.


7. Taxes & Duties

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of applicable U.S. taxes.
Since we only ship domestically within the U.S., no import duties or international taxes apply.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arrange for a replacement/refund where applicable.
